Before becoming a health and fitness professional, I accumulated many years experience working in the corporate world as both a chartered accountant with KPMG and an investment banker with Barclays Capital.

Corporate Fitness Classes
Classes for employees to attend either before, during or after work in the Manchester and Cheshire area. Class disciplines include; boxing, kettlebells, high intensity interval training, circuit training, yoga or pilates.
Health and wellbeing seminars
I have joined forces with other industry professionals and health experts to offer a 6 seminar programme covering all aspects of both physical health and wellbeing, nutrition and the mindset for success. Whilst the 6 seminar programme is pre-prepared, the content is flexible and can be tailored to suit each business:
Seminar 1 – The importance of protein.
Seminar 2 – Why do we do things? Habit formation and intrinsic motivation.
Seminar 3 – Running and exercise: Training programmes and different types of exercise.
Seminar 4 – The Prevention Strategy: Preventing disease through lifestyle.

Weight Loss Guru Courses (www.weightlossguru.com)
This is an 8 week interactive classroom based training course using the Weight Loss Guru Programme devised by Pete Cohen (www.petecohen.com). The course is accompanied by a comprehensive text book containing all of the learning material as well as an interactive on-line training portal. The programme has been a great success in many high profile businesses including Marks and Spencer.
Employee Wellness Screenings
A team of highly experienced nurses and personal trainers will carry out a full wellness screening of staff at your business. This includes many basic health tests such as BMI, body composition, blood pressure, key body measurements, hydration, blood glucose and cholesterol. It also includes a lifestyle review and goal setting support for each employee. Following the testing process, you will be provided with a detailed report outlining the areas for improvement and methods through which to make these positive changes. Areas for consideration are likely to include reducing sickness and absence, as well as boosting the productivity, health, motivation and morale of your workforce.
Individual Health Progression Consultations
These are available where it is felt certain employees require more support with their health. It consists of two 1 hour consultations, a month apart and, as well as the basic health checks, participants will be given a host of nutritional information, exercise advice, mindset and motivation tools.
Hypnotherapy and NLP for Staff
Many of the businesses I work with have also taken advantage of my hypnotherapy and NLP skills by offering my services to their staff. I can help individuals to stop smoking permanently, lose weight, overcome fears of public speaking or presenting, boost their confidence, sleep better, manage their stress levels and simply become more motivated and happy both at work and at home.
