Terms and Conditions Of Order

These are the general terms and conditions which apply to any sale by Evolution Total Transformation* to any customer. Please ensure that you read and understand these terms and conditions before you order from us as you will be bound by them once a contract comes into existence between you and us.

The Evolution Programmes are designed to promote health. Weight-loss is not guaranteed. Individuals are unique and will react in different ways to the Evolution programmes, and to any healthy eating plan that they choose to follow.  [The choice of programme is at your discretion and based entirely on information supplied by you, consequently we cannot guarantee the suitability of the programme or its success]  The information provided by us is not medical advice nor a substitute for medical treatment.

We highly recommend that all customers consult with their doctor before starting any of the Evolution Programmes, or indeed any healthy eating plan that they should choose to follow. This is particularly relevant if you are taking any medication for any health condition at all, in which case you should also email to discuss your suitability for the programmes before you order.

Your Order

To place an order you must first read and agree to these terms and conditions, and then pay for your chosen package using the PayPal link provided. You can either pay via PayPal if you have an account, or using a credit or debit card.

Your order is not deemed to be complete until you have received an emailed confirmation from us to confirm your requirements and suitability for your chosen programme (based on the information provided by you) and give a suggested delivery date. We aim to confirm all orders within 24 hours, however the process can take up to 72 hours on rare occasions.

Until your order is confirmed, you are entitled to a full refund (less any PayPal processing charges).  Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013: please note that the right to cancel does not apply to orders for perishable foodstuffs once confirmed and we cannot accept returns. Allergy & Intolerance

Customers must clearly specify any food allergies or intolerances that they have when completing the order form, and understand that the programme is not suitable for people with certain allergies. If you have any allergies or intolerances, we will consider your suitability for your chosen programme on a case by case basis.

The programme is specifically NOT suitable for anyone with a nut allergy, and if you have a nut allergy then you should not order any of the programmes.

If, based on the information provided to us, the programme is deemed to be unsuitable for you, we reserve the right to reject the order at our discretion and will provide a full refund, less any PayPal processing charges.

If you have any allergies or intolerances at all, and are worried that the programmes may not be suitable for you, then we strongly advise that you email to discuss your order before you pay for it, to avoid the risk of losing the PayPal processing fees from any subsequent refund.

All information regarding allergy or intolerance must be made in the ‘Note to seller’ box on the PayPal payment screen or emailed to if you need to include more details.


All of our meals are made from fresh and natural ingredients with no chemicals at all, and no wheat, gluten or dairy produce in them. A full ingredients list for each dish is available on request. If you would like to view the ingredients list for any of our meals, then this request should be made before you order.

Order Specifics

All information regarding order specifics must be made in the ‘Note to seller’ box on the PayPal payment screen or emailed to if you need to include more details.

Customers must review the menu and specify any dishes or specific foods that they do not want in their programme when ordering. The programme provided will then comprise of the most appropriate selection from the menu, based on our experience and judgement, taking into account any comments made. If no comments on the menu are provided then we will provide our standard programmes. Specific requests, preferences and exclusions beyond those stated in the ordering process are not guaranteed to be met once the programme has been ordered, although we will make every effort to do so.


Each food delivery will only be attempted once. Customers must ensure that they provide the correct delivery address as well as an alternative option for the delivery driver to ensure delivery is made. Delivery must be signed for.

Alternative options can be to leave the delivery with a neighbour or to have it delivered to a work address. In special circumstances it may be possible to leave the delivery in a clearly specified safe place should there be no other alternative, however we can take no responsibility for the safety of the delivery if this is requested, and we would strongly advise against it.

Seasonality of food

Customers must accept that certain foods are seasonal, and for that reason, or any other necessary reason, the dishes provided may vary from what is written on the menu from time to time without notice, and at our discretion.


All of the Evolution Programmes ordered are non-refundable once the orders have been confirmed by us. The only exception to this rule would be if additional information becomes available, not stated when the order was initially placed, which changes our view on the suitability of the programmes. In any cases of this happening, we will provide a refund proportional to the uncompleted proportion of the programme, less any necessary costs incurred by us in the cancellation process, such as PayPal processing charges.

Customer Suitability

Full and final responsibility for any decisions taken as to whether the Evolution programmes are suitable for the customer is taken wholly by the customer, based on their own research, and observation of the menu, and taking into consideration any medical or dietary issues that they may have. By placing an order, customers are deeming themselves to be suitable to undertake the programme that they have chosen.

Our final decision on the suitability of customers is therefore taken after the customer has first declared themselves to be suitable, and can only be based on the information provided to us with their order.

The natural supplements and other products that may be contained within the Evolution Programmes such as healthy coffee or green tea are carefully selected by us for their quality and reputation. We accept no responsibility for any health issues that may arise from the consumption of these supplements or other products. The responsibility for these products lies wholly with the manufacturer of the products and also with the customer making the decision to consume them having read all of the information which accompanies them.

Customers are invited to do their own research on the supplements and products that may be contained within the Evolution programmes before they consume them and to make their own decisions on whether they are suitable for them, or not. If you would like more information on any of the supplements contained within the Evolution programmes, then please email before you order.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, then please do not purchase any of the Evolution programmes, as the standard programmes and supplements are NOT SUITABLE under these circumstances. Please instead contact us on to discuss the suitability of the Evolution programmes for you, we may be able to cater for you with some important adaptations, however this will be on a case by case basis.

We can accept no liability for any negative health implications arising for you or for your baby if you purchase any of the programmes having ignored the above advice and not informed us if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

If you have any diagnosed health condition at all, including, but not limited to; type 1 or type 2 diabetes, angina, a history of heart disease, kidney or liver disease, cancer, any form of arthritis, high blood pressure or any other chronic condition then you must disclose this in the ‘Note to seller’ box on the PayPal payment screen or email if you need to provide more details or want to discuss before you place your order. We will then contact you to discuss the suitability of the programme. If you have already ordered and paid, and the programme you have selected is deemed to be unsuitable for you, then your order will be rejected and you will be issued with a full refund, less any PayPal processing charges.

We can accept no liability for any negative health implications arising if you purchase any of the programmes having ignored the above advice and not informed us of your individual health circumstances.

If you are under 18 then please do not order any of our programmes, as they may not be suitable for you. By ordering, you are acknowledging that you are over 18 years of age.

If you have any other doubts whatsoever as to whether the Evolution Programmes are suitable for you then please refrain from purchasing. Please instead contact to discuss suitability.

General Recommendations & Preparation

Each order will be accompanied by a Welcome Letter. It is the customers responsibility to read this letter carefully and to follow the guidelines stated. In particular in relation to the storage of the food received. We cannot accept any liability for any issues at all arising from food which has not been stored in accordance with our guidelines.

Customers agree to follow the cooking instructions carefully on the food packages when preparing the food, and we accept no liability for any problems arising from failing to follow the preparation instructions carefully or for any food preparation methods used beyond those which we have specified. If you have any queries at all relating to the preparation or consumption of any of the food within the programmes then please contact and we will assist you in every way that we can.

For best results, it is recommended that you drink at least 2 litres of water per day and take the supplements 15 minutes before each meal as specified.

Data Protection

Any personal information you give to us will be processed in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998.  Any personal data collected relating to our customers may be used to:

  • Tailor your order according to your stated preferences.
  • Manage deliveries effectively, and therefore may be shared with third parties directly connected to us in relation to executing the delivery process.
  • Notify you about any updates to our services, including special offers or competitions.
  • Market our goods and services, including those of Robert Brennan Lifestyle Transformation and any other connected third parties.
  • Contact you in relation to your order or for any other reason should it be deemed necessary to do so.

If you do not wish to be contacted for any marketing or product update purpose, and prefer only to be contacted directly in relation to the specific execution of your order, then please state this by email to and you will not be added to our general Evolution mailing list. Please be assured we will never share sensitive personal data with third parties.

Customer Satisfaction

At Evolution we pride ourselves on achieving excellent customer satisfaction, which is reflected in our extremely high customer re-order rate.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your food, or any aspect of the ordering, delivery, or customer service process then we would like you to notify us immediately, and we will do everything we can to remedy the situation. Please email in the first instance with any issues regarding customer satisfaction.


We accept no liability for any ill health effects or physical changes that may arise from any person undergoing any of the Evolution programmes, even when we have been consulted first by the customer before purchase, as the programmes are purchased remotely and undertaken entirely at the customers own discretion and because we do not hold full information about your specific circumstances. If you do experience any health problems or complications it is advised that you seek medical advice immediately and cease to follow the programme you are on.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. In the event of a dispute between us which cannot be resolved through discussions, the matter shall be referred to CEDR Solve’s Low Cost Mediation Service .
